But sometimes — I admit it — I get stuck coming up with the idea for a theme. This usually happens Monday nights at 9:30 when I really need to finish the damn quiz so I can proof it and use it on Tuesday.

Coincidentally, I sometimes have people suggest a topic for a round of questions. “Hey, what about a round on hymns?” they’ll say. And I’ll smile cryptically, and perhaps acknowledge that it’s an idea, and later I’ll go home and poke around on Wikipedia and never think to research hymns, even when I’m stuck for a theme.

So here’s the deal: if you have an idea for a round of questions — something that’ll sustain 10 questions and be playable by a barful of beer-loving trivia addicts — this is the place to leave your suggestion.

I may never use your suggestion. If I do, I probably won’t warn you ahead of time. And I’ll probably make a round most other people in the bar can play, too, even if they’re not hymn fans, so as to kill any overwhelming advantage you think you might get.
