    Good guess, but no.

    Madison would have to be on the list, for example, since he was in office during the War of 1812. And Nixon wrapped up the war that Kennedy and Johnson were there for, but he’s not on the list, either.

    And there was no war (just a Quasi-War, apparetly) during Adams’s term — or Quincy Adams’s term.
