TODAY’S QUESTION:

In 1965, the Great Gazoo debuted on The Flintstones (which was canceled not long after that). What Mel Brooks mainstay voiced the little green guy?

PREVIOUS ANSWER:

What unusual distinction do Raging Bull, Goodfellas, Do the Right Thing, Fargo, and Toy Story have in common?

These five films are, so far, the only ones to be added to the National Film Registry the first year they were eligible (which is 10 years after the original release date).

I’m debating between Harvey Korman and Gene Wilder, but I think I’ll go with Harvey Korman. If I remember correctly, The Great Gazoo looked a bit like Korman.

Loved Gazoo as a kid, but I can see that being a jump-the-shark moment.

You have chosen … wisely. Korman it was. (And then Alan Cumming in the live-action sequel.)
